Ingredients:
*1 (2-3 pound) boneless pork roast
*2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
*1/2 cup honey
*3 Tbsp soy sauce
*2 Tbsp dried basil
*2 Tbsp minced garlic
*2 Tbsp olive oil
*1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1.) Place roast in slow cooker.
2.) Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl then pour over roast.
3.) Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
