Mini Meatloaves--American Style

Ingredients:
*1 lb ground beef
*1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing Mix
*1 cup water
* 3/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese--see other options below
*1 tsp. garlic powder--see other options below
*3/4 cup barbacue sauce--see other options below

Directions:
1.)  Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, and garlic powder, in large bowl.
2.)  Press into a 12 muffin cup tin, sprayed with cooking spray.
3.)  Make an indentation in center of each meatloaf (with spoon) and fill with barbacue sauce.
4.)  Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
5.)  Top with cheese and bake an extra 5 mins. or until cheese is melted.

Other Options:
Italian Style--3/4 cup Italian cheese blend, 1 tsp. Italian seasoning, 3/4 cup pasta sauce
Mexican Style--3/4 cup Mexican cheese blend, 2 tsp. chili powder, 3/4 cup salsa
