Ingredients:
*1-1 1/2 lbs of chicken breast
*3 cans of cream of chicken soup
*2 cups of minute rice
*1 cup water
*salt and pepper
*other seasonings (optional)
Directions:
1.) place rice, water, and soup on the bottom of the crock pot
2.) place chicken on top
3.) season chicken with salt and pepper (I also used chicken seasoning that I had in my spice cabinet. I would at least put the salt and pepper and then maybe something else you like to season chicken with.)
4.) Cook on low for 6-8 hours (or on high for 3-4)
