Taco Soup

Ingredients:
*1 lb ground beef
*1 onion (chopped)
*1 can spicy chili beans
*1 can red beans
*1 can whole kernel corn
*1 can chopped tomatoes
*1 small can chopped green chilis
*1 can tomato sauce
*1 package taco seasoning mix
*1 package dry ranch dressing mix
*1 1/2 cup water
(shredded Mexican cheese and taco chips if desired)

Directions
1.)  Brown beef and onion, drain fat
2.)  Pour ground beef and above ingredients (juices and all) in large pot
3.)  Bring to a boil
4.)  Reduce heat and simmer for 15 mins
Serve with shredded Mexican cheese and crushed taco chips on top (if desired)

Super Busy:
You can cook the ground beef and onion the night before

Side Note:
-This recipe makes A LOT!!!  It freezes well, so feel free to freeze some and save for another day when you don't want to cook.
-Instead of putting cooked ground beef and above ingredients into pot, put in crock pot and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
