Ingredients:
*1 lb ground beef
*1 medium onion, chopped
*1 package taco seasoning
*1 jar salsa
*16 oz canned cresent rolls
*8-16 oz grated cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend (depends how much you like cheese--I use more than 8, but less than 16)
*16 oz sour cream
*taco chips
Directions:
1.) brown ground beef and onion, drain off fat
2.) stir in taco seasoning and salsa; mix well
3.) press crescent rolls in bottom and up sides of a greased 9 x 13 pan
4.) sprinkle broken chips on top of rolls
5.) spread ground mixture on top.
6.) bake at 350 for 15 mins
7.) take out of oven and spread with a layer of sour cream and top with cheese; bake 15 more mins.
Super Busy:
Cook the ground beef and onions the night before.
Have no idea where the recipe is from! :)
