Best Ever Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ingredients:
*1 beef chuck shoulder roast (3-4 lbs)
*1 can (10 oz) beef gravy
*1/2 cup dry red wine
*1 package au jus mix
*1/2 package Italian salad dressing mix
*2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
*1/2 cup cold water

Directions:
1.) Place roast in slow cooker. Combine gravy, wine, au jus mix, and salad dressing mix into a medium bowl. Stir well. Pour mixture over meat. Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hours.
2.) When roast is done cooking, remove to plate; cover with foil to keep warm. Turn slow cooker to HIGH. Mix flower into the cold water until smooth. Stir into juices in slow cooker. Cook 15 mins or until juices thicken.
3.) Turn cooker to warm and place the roast back in and serve.
