Cornflake Chicken

Ingredients:
*2 cups crushed cornflakes
*1 lb chicken breasts
*1 egg, beaten
*1 tablespoon olive oil
*1 tablespoon water
*salt and pepper
*onion powder and garlic powder

Directions:
1.)  combine olive oil and Cornflakes in 1 bowl
2.)  in a different bowl, combine water and egg
3.)  rinse and pat dry chicken
4.)  dip chicken in egg
5.)  sprinkle with as much or as little of the salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to taste
6.)  press chicken into Cornflake mixture, pressing crumbs into chicken
7.)  put tin foil on a baking sheet and place chicken on top
8.)  cook chicken for 30 mins (or until no longer pink) at 350
