Ingredients:
*1 1/2-2 lbs of beef for stew
*4 medium potatoes, cubed
*4 carrots, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces OR 4 cups of baby carrots
*1 medium onion, cut into 8 wedges
*2 cans (8 oz each) tomato sauce
*3 celery stalks (chopped)
*salt and pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, cover and cook on low 8-10 hrs
