Ingredients and directions for bottom part:
*4 eggs
*1 cup oil
*1-16 oz can pumpkin
*2 cups flower
*2 teaspoon baking powder
*2 teaspoon cinnamon
*1 teaspoon salt
1.) beat eggs and sugar together
2.) mix in other ingredients
3.) cook in an ungreased cookie sheet (17 x 11) at 350 for 25-30 mins
How to Make the Icing and Putt the Recipe Together:
*4 oz cream cheese, softened
*1 stick butter or margarine
*1 teaspoon vanilla
*2 cups powdered sugar
1.) first mix cream cheese and buter; then add rest of ingredients
2.) beat together until mixed well and spead on top of cooked, cooled pumpkin mixture
3.) cut into squares to serve
