Darn Good Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
*1 box plain Devil's Food cake mix (no pudding in the mix)
* small box instant chocolate pudding mix
* 4 eggs
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1/2 cup warm water
*1/2 cup vegetable oil
*1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
1.)  Lightly coat 12 cup bundt pan with vegetable spray, then dust with flour.
2.)  In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, water, and oil.
3.)  Blend with mixer on low speed for 1 minute.
4.)  Increase speed to medium and beat for 2-3 minutes more.  Batter should look thick and well combined.
5.)  Fold in chocolate chips.
6.)  Pour batter into pan, smoothing the top, and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. 
7.)  When done cooking let sit in pan 5-10 minutes.
8.)  Remove cake from pan and cool on a cooling rack.
9.)  Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
