Apple Crisp

Ingredients:
*5 cups peeled and sliced apples
*3 TBSP sugar
*1/2 cup rolled oats
*1/2 cup packed brown sugar
*1/4 cup flour
*1/4 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg
*1/4 cup butter

Directions:
1.) Place fruit in 2qt baking dish and stir in sugar.
2.) For topping, in a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and oats. Cut in softened butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit.
3.) Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until crisp. Serve warm with ice cream.
