Roast Beef with Ginger Ale

Ingredients:
*3 lb beef roast
*1/2 cup flour
*1 envelope dry onion soup mix
*1 envelope dry brown gravy mix
*2 cups (or one can) ginger ale

Directions:
1.)  Coat roast with flour.  Reserve any flour that doesn't stick to roast.  Place roast in your slow cooker.
2.)  Combine the soup mix, gravy mix, remaining flour, and ginger ale in a bowl and mix well.
3.)  Pour sauce over roast.
4.)  Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until roast is tender.

Side Note:
-I saved the extra liquid/gravy and poured it over our servings of roast that were on our plate.  Yummy!
-Feel free to throw some veggies in there (celery, baby carrots, etc.)--I did throw in some baby carrots!
