Ingredients:
*1 bonelss beef chuck roast (3-4lbs)
*1 jar (12 oz) pepperoncini (mild salad peppers)
*1 can beef broth
*1 bottle of beer
*1 package Italian salad dressing mix
*1 loaf French bread--or any kind of bread you like Italian beef on
Directions:
1.) Trim visible fat from roast. Cut roast, if needed, to fit into slow cooker, leaving meat in as many large pieces as possible
2.) Drain peppers and pull of stem ends. Add to slow cooker along with broth, beer, and dressing mix--do not stir. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hrs.
3.) Remove meat from sauce and shred with 2 forks. Return meat to slow cooker and mix well.
4.) Serve on bread.
