Cheddar Broccoli Chicken Shells

Ingredients:
*2 chicken breasts
*2 cups frozen broccoli spears
*1/2 box of medium size pasta shells
*8 oz bag of shredded cheddar cheese, divided
*1/3 cup Ranch dressing
*1/4 cup butter, softened/almost all melted
*McCormick's Montreal Chicken Seasoning, to taste
*1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
1.)  Boil water and cook pasta according to package directions.
2.)  Steam broccoli until done and set aside.
3.)  Dice chicken and cook in pan with olive oil; add chicken seasoning (anything you like to flavor chicken with); cook until juices run clear.
4.)  Mix pasta and broccoli in a large bowl.
5.)  Add Ranch and butter, while pasta is still hot, and mix.
6.)  Mix in 3/4 cup cheese until well blended.
7.)  Add chicken and mix.
8.)  Sprinkle leftover cheese (about 1/4 cup) on top.
9.)  Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes, until cheese is well melted, and everything is warm.

Super Busy
The chicken takes the longest to cook.  You could dice and cook the chicken the night before.  If you do this you will have to bake the casserole longer/until the chicken is warm, since it will be coming from the refrigerator.
