Crockpot Cream Cheese Chicken

Ingredients:
*4 frozen chicken breasts
*1 can cream of chicken soup
*1 can of water (measured in soup can)
*1 packet of Italian dressing seasoning
*1 8 oz package cream cheese
*1 package frozen broccoli

Directions:
1.)  Put first 4 ingredients into slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
2.)  30 mins before serving, use 2 forks and shred chicken.
3.)  Add frozen broccoli and block of cream cheese; cook on HIGH 30-40 mins.
4.)  Serve over rice or pasta

Side Note:
-I think next time I will add some minced garlic.
