Ingredients:
*2 tubs of fresh strawberries
*4 ripe bananas
*7 ripe kiwi
*1-16 oz tub of Cool Whip
*2 packages of french vanilla pudding mix
*3 cups of milk
*2 small, store bough,t angel food cakes (from bakery section)
Directions:
1.) Cut up cakes into bite sized cubes.
2.) Cut up all fruit and mix together in large bowl. (Set aside a few strawberries and kiwi for the very top of the trifle).
3.) In another bowl mix together 2 pudding mixes, milk, and Cool Whip until well blended.
4.) Layer in large trifle (or glass) bowl: cake, fruit, pudding mixture, cake, fruit, pudding mixture.
5.) Top with a few strawberries and kiwi if dessired. (Don't put bananas on the top because the air will make them brown).
6.) Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour and keep cool until ready to serve.
Side Note: This is a great summer dessert and can be made with many different fruit combinations. For 4th of July try a red, white, and blue trifle with strawberries and blueberries.
