Cheesy Mini-Burgers

Ingredients:
*1lb. ground beef
*1 egg
*1/8 cup ketchup
*1/8 cup steak sauce
*1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
*1/4 tsp. dry mustard
*1/2 tsp. garlic powder
*1/2 tsp. onion powder

Directions:
1.)  Mix above ingredients in medium sized bowl--use 2/3 cup of the cheese.
2.)  Roll meat mixture into small balls.
3.)  Place balls on a foil-lined cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
4.)  Flatten each ball into a patty and bake at 400 for 15 mins.
5.)  Drain fat and pat grease off each burger. 
6.)  Spread some ketchup on each burger and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
7.)  Bake an additional 5 mins. or until cheese melts.
